Access and Update Your Membership Details
Introduction
The Member Center is the central place to manage your membership information, to view your sharing details, and to view (and print) your Member ID card. Take some time to familiarize yourself with the Member Center to improve your experience with REDEEM® HealthShare.
You can make the following updates to your membership details independently:
- Adding a new provider to your care team.
- Printing a copy of your membership id card.
- Updating your email address.
- Uploading a profile picture.
- Updating your street and mailing address.
- Updating your phone number.

Procedure
Add a New Provider to Your Care Team
If you need to add a new provider to your care team, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Member Center.
- From the Member Center menu options, click Care Team. A side panel automatically opens.
- Click Search Now. A new search option will appear.
- In the search bar, type your new provider's name, the office name, or the type of care in the search bar. A list of possible providers will display.
- When you find the correct provider, click Add to Care Team. Your care team page will now include that provider.
Print a Copy of Your Member ID Card
You might wish to keep a printed copy of your member ID card to file or take with you to a provider visit. To print your Member ID card, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Member Center.
- From the Member Center menu options, click Sharing. A side panel automatically opens.
- In the Program Details section, click the printer icon. A copy of your member ID card opens.

- In the upper right, select the printer icon.
The Print screen will open. - In the Printer field, click the drop-down arrow. Your personal printer information will appear.
- Select your printer from the options.
- Click Print.
Upload a Profile Picture in the Member Center
If you are a new member, or this is your first time visiting the Member Center, you may wish to include a photo of yourself to make your page more personal. To upload a photo of yourself, follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Member Center.
- From the Member Center, in the upper right, click the photo or initials icon.
- Click Account. The page automatically defaults to the Personal Information tab.
- Click inside the Drag & Drop box. A new window opens. You can either:
- upload a photo from your personal files.
- Drag a photo from your computer to the Drag & Drop box.
- Click Save Profile.
Updating your street and mailing address
You can update your home address or your phone number on your own.
- Sign in to the Member Center.
- From the Member Center, in the upper right, click the photo or initials icon.
- Click Account. The page automatically defaults to the Personal Information tab.
- Select the Addresses tab to make necessary updates. The Street Address Mailing Address page will open.
Note: If you need to update only your phone number, you update it on this page as well.
