Access Your Group Sponsorship Signed Disclosures

Introduction

As the Sponsor Administrator or Group Administrator, you can view and access the list of the signed Disclosures of your REDEEM® Health Share Groups. This article provides instruction to complete this action.

Procedure

To view and access the signed Disclosures, follow these steps:

  1. In Sponsor Center navigation menu, select Disclosures from the navigation bar. The Disclosures page will open.
  2. In the Actions column select the Ellipsis icon that corresponds to the disclosure title you need. A Download option will display.
  3. Select Download.
