Access Your Group Sponsorship Signed Disclosures

Introduction

As the Group Administrator or Authorized Representative, you can view and access the list of the signed Disclosures of your REDEEM® Health Share Groups. This article provides instructions to complete this action.

Procedure

To view and access the signed Disclosures, follow these steps:

  1. In Sponsor Center navigation menu, click Disclosures from the navigation bar. The Disclosures page will open.
  2. In the Actions column, select the ellipsis. A Download option will display.
  3. For disclosure specifics, click Download.
