Accessing and updating your membership details

The Member Center is the central place to manage your membership information, to view your sharing details, and to view (and print) your Member ID card.

Take some time to familiarize yourself with the Member Center to improve your experience with REDEEM™ HealthShare. If the changes you need to make are not listed in this article, see Contacting the Member Care team for membership detail updates.

Updating your membership details independently

You can apply changes to your membership details without calling the Member Care team when you want to make changes like:

  • Adding a new provider to your care team.
  • Printing a copy of your membership id card.
  • Uploading a profile picture.
  • Updating your street and mailing address.
  • Updating your phone number.

Adding a new provider to your care team

You can add a new provider to your information in the Member Center. If you need to add a new provider to your care team, follow these steps:

  1. From the Member Center menu options, click My Care Team. A side panel automatically opens.

  2. Click Search Now. A new search option will appear. searching for a doctor
  3. Type your new provider's name, the office name, or the type of care in the search bar. A list of possible providers will display.
  4. When you find the correct provider, click Add to Care Team. Your care team page will now include that provider.

Printing a copy of your Member ID card

You may wish to keep a printed copy of your member ID card to file or take with you to a provider visit. To print your Member ID card, follow these steps:

  1. From the Member Center menu options, click My Sharing. A side panel automatically opens.
  2. In the Program Details section, click the printer icon.

Uploading a profile picture in the Member Center

If you are a new member, or this is your first time visiting the Member Center, you may wish to include a photo of yourself to make your page more personal. To upload a photo of yourself, follow these steps:

  1. From the Member Center, in the upper right-hand corner, click the photo or initials icon.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Select the Personal Information tab.
  4. Click the Drag & Drop box (you can either upload or drag the photo from your personal files).
  5. If you choose to drag the photo over, then go to step 7.
  6. If instead, you uploaded the photo, then click Open.
  7. Click Save Profile.

Updating your street and mailing address

You can update your home address or your phone number on your own.

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the photo or initials icon.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Select the Addresses tab to make necessary updates.
    NOTE: If you need to update only your phone number, you also update it on the Accounts page.
