Annual Renewal Requirements

Introduction

To continue participation with REDEEM® HealthShare Ministry and to reaffirm your commitment to the program's faith-based and lifestyle requirements, you must renew your membership annually.

Information

The membership renewal process begins about two months before your membership anniversary. You will receive email and text notifications, and an alert in your Member Center that it’s time to begin the renewal process. This process requires you to:

  • Agree to the Membership Renewal Disclosures and Attestments.
  • Review your current program selections and make any desired changes.
  • Ask your pastor, church official, or person of accountability who does not live in your household to complete the Accountability Verification and submit it to the ministry on your behalf.
    Note: REDEEM HealthShare must approve Accountability Verification.
