Each household contributes to some of their own healthcare expenses while benefiting from the shared support of the REDEEM™ HealthShare community. Out of pocket expenses are dollar amounts a household pays toward their own medical bills.
No matter what program you choose to participate in, each household must pay out of pocket for their own Annual Unshared Amount (AUA).
Additional out-of-pocket expenses you may incur as a member in the REDEEM™ Essential program are:
- co-share amount
- outpatient prescriptions
- routine and wellness visits
- immunizations
- preventative screening
As a member of REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry, reading and understanding the Sharing Guidelines is important
