Perhaps your employer offers healthcare coverage for you but not for your family, or your deductible might be higher than you'd like, or your preferred provider isn't included in the health plan. Every situation is unique. You can stay on your employer-based plan and add REDEEM HealthShare for extra peace of mind and convenience.
If you have insurance and are a member of REDEEMâ„¢ HealthShare Ministry, REDEEM HealthShare will always be secondary. This means that when you have a medical need, your provider will first submit the bill to your primary insurance. Once the primary insurance has processed the payment, the provider will submit a copy of the Explanation of Benefits along with the remaining charges to REDEEM. REDEEM HealthShare Ministry will then process the bill according to the member Guidelines, and your REDEEM Annual Unshared Amount and Co-Share will still apply.
