This article provides information about how to inactivate your membership and why the Ministry may inactive your membership.
Voluntary inactivation of your membership
REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry appreciates your membership but also understands that you may need to or want to inactivate your membership. If you need to inactivate your membership, you can do so at the end of any month. See, Guidelines – I.C, I.D. Inactivation and Reactivation of Membership.
Involuntarily inactivating a membership
Sometimes the Ministry may need to involuntarily inactivate membership, so it is important that you read Guidelines – I.C, I.D. Inactivation and Reactivation of Membership for complete understanding about the reasons for involuntarily inactivating a membership.
These guidelines ensure that members remain compliant with the program requirements and maintain active participation in the sharing community.
Conditions for inactivating membership
REDEEM™ HealthShare provides the following conditions for inactivating membership:
- Failure to fund your share wallet for 60 days.
- Failure to complete the click-to-share requirement for 60 days.
- Failure to resolve any Know Your Customer (KYC) issues within 60 days.
- Failure to complete the Church Leadership Verification (CLV) within 60 days.
- Failure to meet membership requirements.
Notifications for inactivating membership
REDEEM™ HealthShare sends notifications consistently so that the member household has awareness of any pending requirements of any one of the above conditions.
If after 30 days, a member household fails to comply with the pending requirement noted, then the member household will lose the eligibility to share bills until they comply with the condition. If after 60 days of noncompliance, REDEEM™ HealthShare will proceed with inactivating a membership.
As a member of REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry, reading and understanding the Sharing Guidelines is important.
