Clearing Your Cache and Cookies
Introduction
This article provides the instruction for clearing your cache and cookies to troubleshoot IT issues.
Procedure
To clear your Cache and cookies based on the web browser you use, follow the steps below:
Google Chrome
- Select the three vertical dots.
- Select Settings.
- In the left side navigation menu, select Privacy and security.
- Select Site settings.
- Select View permissions and data stored across sites.
- In the upper right search bar, search redeemhealthshare.org.
- Select Delete displayed data. A pop-up window will open.
- Select Delete.
- Close and reopen Chrome to proceed.
Microsoft Edge
- In the upper right, select the Ellipses icon.
- Select Settings.
- In the left navigation menu, select Privacy, search, and services.
- Select Cookies.
- Select See all cookies and site data.
- In the search bar, search redeemhealthshare.
- Select Remove All Shown.
- Select Clear.
- Close and reopen Edge to proceed.
Mozilla Firefox
- Select the menu icon.
- Select Settings.
- In the left navigation menu, select Privacy and security.
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, select Manage browsing data.
- In the search bar, search redeemhealthshare.org.
- Select Remove All Shown.
- Select Save Changes. A pop-up window will open.
- Select Remove.
- Close and reopen Firefox to proceed.
Safari
1. In the upper left, Select Safari.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select on Privacy.
4. Select on Manage Website Data…
5.Search REDEEM in the Search bar.
6. Select Remove All.
7. Select Done.
8. Close and reopen Safari to proceed.
