Contacting Member Care for Membership Updates
Introduction
Some updates to your membership require assistance from the Member Care team. However, there are many updates you can make independently. For changes you can make on your own, see Access and Update Your Membership Details.
Information
You must contact REDEEM® HealthShare by phone (877-641-1579) or email Member Care team to update your name or remove a current household member.
If you are adding a new member to the household, you can begin the process independently. See Add a New Member to Your Household for instructions.
Note: Adding or removing a member to your household may impact your Share Amount and the change will show in the following months Share Notice.
