As a member of REDEEM® HealthShare, you participate in this sharing community by voluntarily contributing a monthly share amount.

Information

Your Monthly Share Amount is based on these factors:

1. The age of the oldest member in the household.
2. The total number of members in the household.
3. The choice of program.
4. The Annual Unshareable Amount (AUA) level you choose.
5. If you added FlexShare™.
