Download a Copy of the Explanation of Sharing

Introduction

As a member of REDEEM® HealthShare Ministries you will receive a hard copy of your Explanation of Sharing (EOS) through the US mail. However, you may find yourself needing a hard copy before the EOS arrives by mail. This article gives instructions for downloading the EOS from your Member Center page so that you can print a copy of the EOS.

Note: You can download an EOS after the bill is completed and closed. You do not have the option to download an EOS if the bill is in either submitted or processing. 

Procedure

To print a copy of your EOS, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into REDEEM® HealthShare, the Member Center displays.
  2. From the menu, click Medical Bills. 
  3. Click Monitor Bills.  The Needs for your household will display.
  4. In the upper middle of the screen, click the Completed tab and the completed household bills will display.
  5. Select the specific bill you need, the details of that bill displays on the left.
  6. Click Download EOS.
  7. Follow your personal computer printing steps.
