Expired Share Notice
Introduction
As a member of REDEEM® HealthShare, you will receive Share Notices prompting you to manually send your Share. This article provides both the reason your Share Notice expired and details about receiving a new Share Notice.
Information
Sharing promptly helps receiving members pay their medical bills without delay. After you receive your Share Notice, you have seven days to send the Share. If you ignore or forget to send the Share, it will expire and REDEEM® HealthShare will assign a new Share Notice. You will continue to receive a new Share every seven days until you have sent your Share to the designated receiving member.
Note: If the initial Share Notice expired, a new Share Notice might not display immediately, so continue to monitor your Member Center.
