Finding and Viewing Your Funding Notice

Introduction 

This article provides step-by-step instructions to find your Funding Notice and view a summary of your Monthly Contribution amounts. 

Information  

 To access your Funding Notice, follow these steps:  

  1. Sign in to the Member Center.
  2. In the Member Center navigation menu, click Sharing.
  3. From the options, select Funding Notices. The Share Notice – Household page will display.
  4. In the Share Summary section, click the Monthly Contribution drop-down arrow to view a breakdown of your monthly amounts.  
    Note: If you opted in to voluntary contributionsclick the Charitable Giving drop-down arrow to view any additional amounts you gave to the Ministry. 

Description of Monthly Contribution Amounts 

Your Share Summary provides a detailed breakdown of your monthly contribution. This information helps you understand how your share is allocated and the purpose behind each line item.  

Member-to-Member Share – The dollar amount shared directly with other members to help pay for their medical expenses.  

FlexShare  – If you have signed up to participate in FlexShare, you will see your contribution listed here.  

Program Services – The portion dedicated to the systems and tools that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.  

ACH Discount – If you link a bank account to your membership, you will see a discount listed here.  

Admin Services – The portion dedicated and used to manage and support operating costs.
