Finding the Guide for Providers in the Member Center

 Introduction

As a REDEEM® HealthShare member, you can access the Guide for Providers in your Member Center. The guide gives the provider a brief overview of how REDEEM HealthShare works. This article provides the instruction on how to locate the PDF titled Guide for Providers.

Procedure

To find the Guide for Providers, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Member Center.
  2. In the navigation menu on the left, select Quick Help. A second navigation menu will appear called Help Center.
  3. Select Going to the Doctor. The page, Going to the Doctor will open.
  4. Scroll to section 2. Show Your Member Card.
  5. Select Guide for Providers. A PDF titled Guide for Providers will open.
