This article explains when and how a REDEEM® HealthShare membership becomes inactive (voluntarily or involuntarily), what notifications you can expect, and what to do next.

Voluntary Inactivation
REDEEM® HealthShare Ministry appreciates your membership and understands that you might need to or want to inactivate your membership. You can inactivate your membership at the end of any month. Submit a written request to inactivate through Share Stream in the Member Center or by email membercare@redeemhealthshare.org.
Involuntarily Inactivation
In some situations, the Ministry might need to involuntarily inactivate a membership. For details, see the Reference section below for guideline information.
Notifications
REDEEM HealthShare sends notifications consistently to make you aware of any pending requirements.
