Procedure

To resend or to expire a token, follow these steps:

  1. In the Sponsor Center navigation menu, select Home to view the Group(s) card.
  2. In the Group(s) card, select the dropdown arrow.
  3. From the options, select the appropriate Sponsored Group name.
  4. In the Group Members section, type the member’s name in the First Name and Last Name fields. Matching results will appear.
  5. In the Actions column, select the Ellipsis icon and based on the requested action, either:
    1. Select Resend Code if you need to generate a new email (member cannot locate the original email).
    2. Select Expire Code if a member is no longer part of a group. When you complete this action, billing stops after the expiration date, which is the end of the current billing cycle. Codes remain valid until you expire them.
Important: If the billing token has already been used for a membership payment, you will receive an error message, The Payment Code has been used in payments. If you receive this message, you must remove the member from the group. For instruction, see Remove of Roll-Off Members in Your Group Sponsorship.

Tips

  • The Expire Code option is available only when the billing code is in one of the following statuses: Invited, Active, or Created.
  • The Start Date listed is the date the code was issued. It is not the membership start date.
  • The End Date listed is the date that the Sponsor will stop paying for an individual or household membership. It represents the membership expiration date. The Group Members section as seen in Sharable Sponsor Center that shows Token Status, Start Date, and End Date.
