Navigating the Member Center to monitor your bills
This article is a guide for viewing your bills in the Member Center.
Once you or your provider have submitted bills to REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry, the bills move from processing to sharing. You can view real time updates on your bill by checking the bill stage and status.
To access the bill information page, follow these steps:
- Sign into REDEEM HealthShare. The Member Center
- In the navigation menu, select My Medical Bills.
- Click Monitor Bills. The Needs for page will open and defaults to the family member’s bill that is currently in the Processing stage.
If you are comfortable navigating the site on your own, you can look up your family’s information using the multiple options provided on the Monitor Bills page.
If you need more assistance on how to navigate this page to view your household bills, see each heading below for options.
