Pharmacies unfamiliar with Drexi

REDEEM™ HealthShare understands that not all pharmacies have Drexi in their pharmacy management systems. If your pharmacy is unfamiliar with Drexi, ask the pharmacy staff to input these numbers into their system:

  • Membership ID
  • GRP
  • BIN
  • PCN

If the pharmacy staff hesitates to accept your REDEEM Membership card, follow these steps:

  1. While you wait, ask the pharmacy to call the Member Care Center number on your member card: 1-877-641-1579.
  2. When pharmacy staff hear the first prompt, ask staff to press 2.
  3. When pharmacy staff hear the second prompt, ask staff to press 5. A Drexi Customer Service Representative will request the member information on the member card and will then confirm the discounted price.
