Sharing eligibility differs based on the program that you are in.
REDEEM SeniorSaver
According to the Guidelines, REDEEM HealthShare will generally share the expenses that Medicare covers after the bills have gone through Medicare first. See section III.H for more information.
REDEEM HealthShare created SeniorSaver as a supplemental program to Medicare.
Medicare usually doesn’t cover health care while you’re traveling outside the US, but Medicare has some exceptions that REDEEM HealthShare may share. If you would like to see what Medicare covers, please visit Medicare.gov.
REDEEM Essential and Enhanced
REDEEM HealthShare shares medical expenses while traveling for REDEEM Essential and Enhanced members. Members must provide bills in English and priced in US Dollars. Please see guideline section III.F.15 for all the requirements to share the bills.Note: Members must have a US-based VPN to access the Member Center for bill submission while traveling.
