Accessing and updating your membership details

The Member Center is the central place to manage your membership information, view your sharing details, and view (and print) your Member ID card.

Take some time to familiarize yourself with the Member Center to improve your experience with REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry. Making some changes to your member details may require a phone call or email while other changes don't require assistance from the Member Care team.

Contacting the Member Care team to update certain member details

For some updates, you must contact the member care team. These updates include:

  • adding a new member to the household
  • removing a member from the household
    NOTE: Adding or removing a member to your household may impact your Share Amount and the change will show in the following months Share Notice.
  • a name change
  • your email address
  • adding a new provider to your care team

Updating details without contacting the Member Care team

You can apply changes to your membership details without calling the Member Care team when you want to make changes like:

  • uploading a profile picture
  • printing a copy of your Membership ID card
  • updating your street and mailing address

Uploading a profile picture in the Member Center

If you are a new member, or this is your first time visiting the Member Center, you may wish to include a photo of yourself to make your page more personal. To upload a photo of yourself, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into REDEEM™ HealthShare, the Member Center displays.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, click the photo or initials icon.
  3. Click Account.
  4. Select the Personal Information tab.
  5. Click the Drag & Drop box (you can either upload or drag the photo from your personal files).
  6. If you choose to drag the photo over, then go to step 8.
  7. If instead, you uploaded the photo, then click Open.
  8. Click Save Profile.

Printing a copy of your Member ID card

You may wish to keep a printed copy of your member ID card to file or take with you to a provider visit. To print your Member ID card, follow these steps:

  1. In the menu options, click My Sharing, a side panel automatically opens.
  2. In the Program Details section, click the printer icon.

Updating your street and mailing address

You can update your home address or your phone number on your own.

  1. In the upper right-hand corner, click the photo or initials icon.
  2. Click Account.
  3. Select the Addresses tab to make necessary updates.
