Annual Unshared Amount (AUA)

Members do not have deductibles. Instead, our members have an Annual Unshared Amount (AUA). The Annual Unshared Amount (AUA) is the dollar amount a household must pay towards their own eligible medical bills during a 12-month period before their eligible medical bills can be published and shared by the membership.

Here are the AUA options:

Essentials Program:
  • $3,500 AUA: Members pay 20% co-share of eligible medical bills until they reach the co-share limit of $5,000 per year.
  • $7,000 AUA: Members pay 20% co-share of eligible medical bills until they reach the co-share limit of $5,000 per year.
  • $10,500 AUA: Members pay 20% co-share of eligible medical bills until they reach the co-share limit of $5,000 per year.
  • $14,000 AUA: Members pay 20% co-share of eligible medical bills until they reach the co-share limit of $5,000 per year.

Enhanced Program (No Co-Share):
  • $2,000 AUA
  • $4,000 AUA
  • $6,000 AUA
  • $8,000 AUA

You can change your AUA amount on the anniversary of your membership date, and a switching fee may apply as per the guidelines.
