Credit Card Failures and Resolutions (EFT)
Introduction
Occasionally, credit card transactions will fail. This article provides the information you need to resolve a failed transaction notice.
Information
Once you resolve the error, you must manually fund your Share Wallet. See Manage Your Share Account Information, section Manually Fund Your Share Account After EFT Failure for step-by-step instructions to initiate payment.
The table lists the possible error and the resolution.
| Error | Resolution |
| Do Not Honor | Contact your card issuer for more information. |
| Expired Card | Use another card or add the updated card to your Share Account. See Manage Your Share Account Information, section Update Your Credit Card Information for instructions. |
| Incorrect Number | If you entered the credit card number incorrectly, the system does not allow you to edit it. You will need to add the card again by completing the workflow in Manage Your Share Account Information, section Update Your Credit Card Information. |
| Incorrect CVC or CVV |
If you entered the CVC or CVV code incorrectly, the system does not allow you to edit it. You will need to add the card again by completing the workflow in Manage Your Share Account Information, section Update Your Credit Card Information. Note: Master Card uses CVC and Visa uses CVV. |
| Insufficient Funds | Use an alternative payment method, or contact your financial institution, or credit card company |
| Card Not Supported | Contact your card issuer to confirm that you can use the card to make the transaction. |
