Introduction
REDEEM® HealthShare has partnered with Drexi, a pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) to provide prescription discounts at more than 65,000 pharmacies nationwide. This benefit is available to all members regardless of program selection.
Information
Access to Drexi is available through the Member Center. While your member card contains all the information your pharmacy requires to apply the discounts, you must submit a pharmacy bill manually.
Important: Use the EDI number for medical bills only. Do not ask the pharmacy to submit your bill using the EDI number because the system will not recognize the pharmacy bill.
When you need a prescription, give your member card to the pharmacy staff so they can input your information into their systems. In most cases, your pharmacy requires these numbers:
- Membership ID
- GRP
- BIN
- PCN
In the screenshot below, the red outlined boxes indicate where to locate those numbers.
