Enable Auto Funding

Introduction

As a REDEEM® HealthShare member, you can auto fund your Share Wallet. You can choose the recurring auto funding date that best fits your schedule.  By opting into auto funding, you ensure that your Share Wallet is funded on time each month.

This article provides instruction to either enable auto funding.

Procedure

To enable auto funding, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Member Center.
  2. From the upper-right, select your account icon.
  3. From the options, select Account.
  4. From the tabs, select Permissions. The Sharing Permissions page opens.A red arrow pointing to the Permissions tab.
  5. In the Funding Option(s) section, select Edit to open your configuration settings.Red box around the word edit in the funding options section
  6. Select the Auto Funding Enabled checkbox. The Recurring dropdown option will appear.
  7. Select the Recurring dropdown option. This field displays the recurring date options you may choose.  Red box around recurring date which is an option for you to choose when auto funding your Share Wallet.
  8. Select a recurring date that works best for you.
    Important: Selecting an automatic transfer date that has already occurred will immediately initiate the electronic funds transfer to fund your Share Wallet. All future drafts will occur on the day you selected.
  9. Select Save. A confirmation note will display.Red box around the word save in the funding options section.
