Enable or Change Your Auto Funding Date

Introduction

As a REDEEM® HealthShare member, you can auto fund your Share Wallet. You can choose the recurring auto funding date that best fits your schedule. This article provides instruction to either enable or change your auto funding date.

Procedure

To enable or change your recurring auto funding date, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Member Center.
2. In the upper-right, select your account icon.
3. From the options, select Account.
4. From the tabs, select Permissions. The Sharing Permissions page opens.
5. In the Funding Option(s) section, select Edit to open your configuration settings.
   • If this is your initial set up for auto funding, see Enable Your Auto Funding Date.
   • If you want to change your recurring auto funding date, see Change Your Auto Funding Date.

Enable Your Auto Funding Date

To enable a recurring funding date, follow these steps: 

1. Select the check box, Auto Funding Enabled. To the right side of the authorization wording, a Recurring dropdown option will appear.
2. Select the Recurring dropdown option. This field displays the recurring date options you may choose.
3. Select a recurring date that works best for you.
   Important: Selecting an automatic transfer date that has already occurred will immediately initiate the electronic funds transfer to fund your Share Wallet. All future drafts will occur on the day you selected. 
4. Select Save. A confirmation note will display.

Change Your Auto Funding Date

Your current auto funding date appears in the Recurring drop down option. To change that date, follow these steps:

1. Select the Recurring drop down option. This field displays the recurring date options you may choose.
2. Select the new auto funding date that works best for you.
   Important:  Selecting an automatic transfer date that has already occurred will immediately initiate the electronic funds transfer to fund your Share Wallet. All future drafts will occur on the day you selected .
3. Select Save. A confirmation note will display.
