Get a Quote for a Sponsorship Group

Introduction

As a Group Sponsor or an Authorized Representative, you can obtain a quote during the registration process. This article provides you with instructions to get a quote.

Procedure

You can get a quote on the estimated cost of the Sponsor’s monthly payment and the individual members’ monthly Share amount two ways: manually or by uploading the information.

Manually Enter Member Information  

To get a quote by entering the individual group members’ information one at a time, follow these steps:

  1. Select Manually Enter Member(s) Information.   
  2. Select +Add Member. A popup window appears.  
  3. Complete all required fields in the window.  
  4. Check the FlexShare™ Addon box if you want to add FlexShare™ for that member.
  5. Click Save. The member’s name will appear on a group census. 
  6. Add all other group members.
  7. Click Next. The group quote will generate.

Upload Member Information  

To upload all the members’ information at once, follow these steps:

  1. Download the CSV Template using the link on the website.
    1. The CSV Template includes three worksheets: Example, File Info, and Fields Explanation. In the File Info worksheet, follow the instructions listed.
    2. Save the Example worksheet as a separate CSV document.
  2. Type in the CSV file the group member’s information. 
  3. Click Next. The Upload Group Census screen will open.
  4. Drag and drop or select the CSV file from your saved files.
  5. Select The group quote will generate.   
  6. Verify the calculated pricing (the system auto-calculates based on age, program, and add-ons). 
  7. (Optional) Download. 
  8. Click Next. The Census Review screen will open.
  9. From the Start Period dropdown, select the Group start date. This can be up to 4 months in advance.  
  10. (Optional) Exclude members from the initial group. Uncheck the box next to the member’s name.
  11. Click Next. The Summary Review screen will open. 
  12. (Optional) Download the Summary.
  13. At the bottom right of the screen, click Approve. The Register a Sponsoring Entity screen will open. For instructions on how to complete the registration process, see Register for a Group Sponsorship.

Tips

When you upload or manually input the members’ information, then those members are automatically added to your Sponsorship Group.
