Paying Your Monthly Share
Introduction
REDEEM® HealthShare Ministry requires you to make your monthly payments manually.
During the membership application process, you activated your Share Account on the Virtual Share Exchange (VSE) platform. Here, you either linked to your external bank account for electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments or you saved a credit card number to make payments.
You’ll receive your Monthly Share Notice assignment three weeks before the due date. Your Monthly Share payment is due on the first day of each month and considered late if not posted by then. See Understanding Your Share Wallet for additional information.
Procedure
To pay your Monthly Share, follow these steps:
- Sign into REDEEM® HealthShare, the Member Center displays.
- In the navigation menu, select Sharing.
- From the options, select Funding Notices. The Funding Notice – Household page will display.
- In the Share Summary section, select, Click to Share. The Sharing Settings page will open.
- Review and confirm your payment method.
- Click Next.
- (optional) You can type in an amount in either or both the Operational Fund and the Member Assistance Fund In addition, you can select the check box to continue giving these same amounts for future Share Notices.
- Select Next.
- Review and confirm the amount.
- Select the check box to authorize withdrawal from your external bank account for the Total Share Amount Due, plus the optional charitable donations you elected to pledge.
- Select Transfer. A confirmation notice will appear.
