Monitoring Your Bills

Introduction

This article is a guide for viewing your bills in the Member Center.

Procedure

After you or your provider submit bills to REDEEM® HealthShare Ministry, the bills move from the submitted stage to the completed stage as they move through the review process. You can view real time updates on your bill by checking the bill stage and its status.

Viewing Bill Information

To access the bill information page, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Member Center.
  2. From the navigation menu, select Medical Bills.
  3. Select Monitor Bills. The Needs for page will display the bills currently in the Processing stage.
  4. To view bills in another stage, select the Submitted tab or the Completed tab.
  5. To change your viewing preferences, select the List icon or the Tile icon.
Note: The only available viewing option on a mobile device is the List format.
  6. Choose the bill you want to view.
    • In the List view, from the Submission # column, select any bill. A panel opens.
    • In the Tile view, select any bill. A panel opens.
  7. From inside the panel, select the What Journey Does My Bill Go Through? icon to read general details about your bill.

Viewing Bills That Need Attention

To view bills requiring your attention, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Submitted tab. Any bill that needs your attention will display either a red dot in the Status column (List view) or red attention banner (Tile view).
  2. Choose the bill you want to view. A Submission # screen will open.
    • From the List view select the bill from the Submission # column.
    • From the Tile view, select the bill card.
  3. In the Status row of the panel, you can read the reason the bill needs attention.
  4. If your bill is missing information, see Fix a Bill Submission for step-by-step instruction to provide the ministry with the additional documents necessary to keep your bill moving to the next stage.
