Submitting an ineligible bill to FlexShare™

As a member who added FlexShare™ to your REDEEM™ HealthShare program of choice, you have the option to submit medical bills that do not meet eligibility for regular sharing.

If you received an ineligible bill notification stating that the whole bill or a portion of the bill you submitted for regular sharing is ineligible, then you may submit the bills or charges to FlexShare.

It is your choice to use your FlexShare dollars as you wish. Because of this, REDEEM HealthShare cannot move ineligible bills or charges into a FlexShare submission on your behalf. You must submit the bill yourself. For further instruction, see the steps for Submitting a FlexShare bill.
