Submit a FlexShare™ Bill

If you added FlexShare to your REDEEM® HealthShare program of choice, you have the option to share medical bills that do not meet eligibility for regular sharing. According to the Sharing Guidelines, you must meet a six-month waiting period before you can submit a FlexShare bill.

Procedure

To submit your FlexShare bill, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into REDEEM® HealthShare. The Member Center displays.
  2. In the menu, click Medical Bills.
  3. Click Submit Bills. The Submit a Bill screen displays.
  4. Select FlexShare.
  5. Complete these required questions:
    • 2. Member that Incurred Expenses
    • For your reference, give this bill a nick name.
  6. Click Next. The Submit a FlexShare Bill screen displays.
  7. Type your Additional Information into the required fields.
  8. Upload the eligible FlexShare bills or receipts.
  9. Click Next. An option to update your most recent prayer request will open.
  10. (optional) Select Update. Type an update to your most recent prayer request. If you don't have an update to provide or want to skip the update, then go to the next step.

  11. Click Submit. A pop-up note Need is submitted successfully displays.
