Submitting your medical bills

There are two ways to submit bills, using either your Member ID card or by uploading bills through the Member Center.

The preferred method of submitting your medical bills is to present your Member ID card to your provider at the time of service. Your provider can submit your bills electronically to REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry.

Your provider has up to 12 months to submit bills for processing from the date of service.

REDEEM understands that not all providers use an electronic system, or that technical difficulties may arise when making the submission. For times when you need to upload your bills through the Member Center, follow these steps:

1. Sign into REDEEM™ HealthShare, the Member Center displays.
2. In the menu, click My Medical Bills.
3. Click Submit Bills (New), the Submit a Bill screen displays.
4. Each bill is unique and prompts a different screen, so complete the requested information selecting either Next or Submit when prompted.
