Submitting Medical Bills

There are two ways to submit bills - using your member ID card or uploading bills through your Member Center.

Medical bills submitted to REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry are processed for discounting and eligibility per the Guidelines. Eligible bills are then sent to the Virtual Share Exchange for sharing. Amounts approved for Sharing are allocated to your fellow members to contribute a share in your bill.

There are two methods for submitting your bills:

Option One - Use your Member ID Card (preferred)

Present your member ID card to your provider at the time of service. Your provider will submit your bill electronically to REDEEM™ HealthShare Ministry. Providers have up to 12 months to submit a bill for processing from the Date of Service.

Sometimes this is not possible. Either your provider does not use the electronic system or there may be technical difficulties in making the submission. See Option Two.

Option Two - Upload your bills through the Member Center.

1. Log into your Member Center.
2. Click My Medical Bills in the left hand column.
3. Click Submit Bills in the drop down menu.
4. Provide the necessary information in the provided panels.
5. Click the Submit button.
