The Value of Member-to-Member Sharing
Introduction
This article explains the value behind the practice of sending your Share.
As REDEEM® HealthShare member, you will receive Share Notices every 30 to 45 days prompting you to manually send your Share. The timing varies based on the sharing needs of the community and to ensure everyone in the community has an opportunity to share.
Information
Guided by a shared faith and Biblical principles, the REDEEM HealthShare community comes together to bear one other’s burdens and to demonstrate the love of Christ in practical ways. One of the most meaningful aspects of being part of REDEEM HealthShare is your opportunity to share directly with other members. This approach strengthens Biblical connection within the body of Christ and makes space for intentional care.
Because you send your Share manually, you can:
- See prayer requests from the member you send your Share to.
- Pray for that member, lifting him or her up during a time of need.
- Leave a note of encouragement, reminding the member that he or she is not alone.
This process transforms what could feel like a routine transaction into a meaningful act of ministry. It is an opportunity to live out a shared faith by supporting one another with prayer, compassion, and generosity.
As a member of REDEEM HealthShare Ministry, reading and understanding the Sharing Guidelines is important.
