Update a Group Member’s Information

Introduction

As the Group Administrator or Authorized Representative, you can update a group member’s name, birthdate, and email address before a group member has not yet activated their membership by claiming their token. This article provides the work instructions you need to make those updates.

If the group member has already accepted his or her membership, then that member will need to make his or her own changes. See, Accessing and Updating Your Membership Details.

Procedure

To update a group member's name, birth date, or email address, follow these steps: 

  1. In the Sponsor Center navigation menu, click Home to view the Sponsored Group(s) card.
  2. In the Sponsored Group(s) card, click the dropdown arrow.
  3. From the options, select the appropriate Sponsored Group name. 
  4. In the Group Members section, type the member’s name in the First Name and Last Name Matching results will appear.
  5. In the Actions column, click the three ellipses.
  6. From the options, select Edit.  The Edit Sponsored Membership screen will open.
  7. Type the necessary changes in the appropriate fields.
  8. Click Save
