Incurring out of pocket expenses

Each household contributes to some of their own healthcare expenses while benefiting from the shared support of the REDEEM™ HealthShare community. Out of pocket expenses are dollar amounts a household pays toward their own medical bills. 

No matter what program you choose to participate in, each household must pay out of pocket for their own Annual Unshared Amount (AUA). For more information about the AUA amount, see Guidelines - II.E: Key Healthcare Sharing Terms.
