Submitting a pharmacy bill

To submit your pharmacy bill, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into REDEEM™ Health Share. The Member Center displays.
  2. In the menu, click My Medical Bills.
  3. Click Submit Bills. The Submit a Bill screen displays.
  4. Select Pharmacy Bill.
  5. Complete these required questions:
    • 2. Member that Incurred Expenses
    • 4. For your reference, give this bill a nick name.
  6. Click Next. The Submit a Pharmacy Bill screen displays.
  7. Type your Additional Information into the required fields.
  8. Upload the appropriate documents, which must include the following information:
    • Name of member/patient
    • Fill date
    • Drug Name & Dosage
    • Quantity received and day supply
    • Pharmacy Name & Address
    • Prescribers Name
    • Cost of each medication
  9. Once you upload your bill successfully, select I acknowledge, copy of receipt showing payment has been included in uploaded documents.
  10. Click Submit. A pop-up note, Need is submitted successfully displays.
