We value the care you provide to our members and aim to make health care sharing straightforward for everyone involved. Here’s what you need to know:

Use our tool to verify a member's status by having their name, date of birth, and membership number ready.

  • Submit electronically via EDI: Payer ID SM325

  • Mail Paper HCFAs or UBs to:

View submitted bills through our Provider Portal. Apply using your Tax ID or NPI number. Approval takes about 24 hours.

If REDEEM is not in your computer database, please add EDI Payer ID SM325 to your system.

More About REDEEM HealthShare

REDEEM HealthShare processes bills electronically, with payments typically made to providers within 30-40 days of receiving members' bills. Once processed, funds are shared from members' Share Accounts to pay medical bills.

Member Payments

  • Members pay a Monthly Share Amount based on age, membership size, and selected Annual Unshareable Amount (AUA).
  • Monthly Shares are used to pay members' medical bills.
  • We recommend providers submit bills electronically through EDI using the Payer ID on the member’s card for quick processing.

Payment Processing

  • Most bills are processed within 30 days, with electronic payments sent to providers, less any Member Responsibility Amounts (AUA or Co-Share).
  • Providers receive an Explanation of Sharing (EOS) detailing the amounts paid.
